Photos of city skylines from around the world and paintings of landscapes by Cezanne will inspire you to create your own work of art. Using oil pastel, watercolour and acrylic on paper we will create beautiful cityscapes. Suitable for all ages and skill levels.
No previous art experience is necessary. This is a “drop-in” activity, no need for pre-registration and it’s FREE!

@ St. George’s Square: Join the City of Guelph as we transform an ordinary public space into an extraordinary work of public art! Participants are invited to create and install knitted or crocheted “cosies” for the Square’s trees, light posts, and street furniture. Non-knitters can learn from one of our experienced teachers or can help install ready-made pieces donated by volunteers. 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

With a stroke of genius and an innovative twist on contemporary dance, CORPUS offers a surrealistic and hilarious view of sheep behaviour. Reality meets fantasy as the dancers (3 ewes, a young ram and their shepherd) impersonate sheep shearing, feeding, milking and much more. Interactive, engaging and truly unique, Les moutons recreates a bucolic country scene in Guelph’s newest public urban space… with surprising results.
